Long Form Three
1. Shield and Sword - Left Punch
Left punch.
Right to 1:30 with a right inward parry.
Left outward parry as you cock your right hand.
Right inward knifehand to the spine.
Pivot to a right close kneel with a left elbow to the ribs.
Rear cross left to 4:30 as you check his back.
