1. Parting Wings - Front Push
Front Push
Step back into a left neutral bow with a wedge block.
Pivot to a forward bow with a knife hand to the ribs.
Pivot back to neutral bow with a left knife hand to the throat.
Pivot to forward bow with a middle-knuckle to the solar plexus.
2. Hooking Wings - Front Push
Step back into a right cat stance with two downward hooking parries.
Right front kick to the groin.
Plant forward with a right hammerfist to the temple.
Right backfist to the temple.
Right upward elbow to the jaw.
Right heel palm claw to the nose.
3. Leaping Crane - Right Punch
Right step-thru punch.
Leap to 9:00 into a crane stance with a left inward parry and a right chopping knuckle to the ribs.
Right side kick to the back of the right knee.
Plant forward with a right back fist to the kidney.
Right sandwihcing elbow to the mastoids.
4. Swinging Pendulum - Right Roundhouse Kick
From a right neural bow.
Move up the circle to 4:30 with a universal block.
Execute a right downward hammerfist to the groin.
Move up the circle again to 1:30 with a right elbow to the face.
5. Charging Ram - Front Tackle
From a right neutral bow.
Move up the circle to 4:30 with a right knife hand to his mastoid to redirect his head.
Right front kick to the ribs.
Left front kick to the head.
6. Defying the Storm - Roundhouse Club
Roundhouse club from 12:00.
Step forward into a right neutral bow with a a left outward and right inward block.
Elbow to the jaw as you grab the back of his neck.
Step back right and pull him into a right knee.
Plant forward with a right elbow to the spine.
7. Spiraling Twig - Rear Bear Hug (Arms Free)
Step Right to a horse stand with a right chopping knuckle strike to his hand.
Grab his wrist and apply a wrist control.
Step left to 1:00 while pinning his arm.
Complete your clockwist spin and step back right with a wrist lock.
Right front kick to the head.
8. Sleeper - Right Punch
Right step-thru punch from 12:00
Step forward to a left neutral bow and a left inward block.
Pivot to a forward bow with a right ridge hand to the neck.
Step behind him with your right leg and apply the choke.
Step your left leg to 4:30 and rotate counter clockwise.
Drop the attacker and execute a right punch to the face.
9. Cross of Destruction - Rear Choke
Pin the hands and step left to 9:00.
Step back right to 7:30 and leverage his arms.
Right front kick to the right knee.
As he falls leverage his arms and flip him on his back.
Right knee to the head.
10. Flashing Wings - Right Punch
Step forward into a left neutal bow with a left inward block.
Step-drag behind him into a left close kneel with a right elbow to the ribs.
Pivot to a neutral bow with a right elbow to the spine.
Right outward kinfe hand to the back of the neck.
Left inward knife hand to the back of the neck.
Right inward knife hand to the face.
