Short and Long One
1. Hugging Pendulum - Right Side Kick
Right side kick.
Step back to a right neutral bow with a right downward block.
Front Crossover with a right finger slice to the eyes.
Right sidekick to the back of his left knee
Plant forward with a right back fist to the back of his neck.
Inward claw to the face (not shown) and a right elbow to the face.

Step forward right with a right inverted middle knuckle to the solar plexus.
Right inward hammerfist to the temple.
Right
outward knifehand to the jaw.
Right forearm strike to clear his hands.
Right elbow sandwich to the jaw..
4. The Back Breaker - Right Punch from Right Side
Left to 11:30 with a double parry. Step right to 10:00 behind opponent. (See arrow)
Grab the opponents shoulders.
Step back right.
Right knee to spine.

Right arm lock.
Step back left with a left elbow which he blocks.
Step left to 1:30 into a reverse cat stance.
Right rear kick to the groin.
Rotate toward the attacker into atwist stance with a right forearm to his elbow.
Left side kick to his left knee.
9. Conquering Shield - Left Hand Lapel Grab
Left hand lapel grab.
Left pinning check with a right front kick to the right inner knee and a right inward block to his elbow.
Right downward elbow to the biceps.
Right upward elbow to the jaw.
Right heel palm claw to the bridge of the nose.
10. Crossed Twigs - Rear Wrist Grabs
Rear wrist grabs.
Step left to 1:30 as you counter grab his wrists.
Pivot with a left outward elbow to the jaw.
Continue the circle from your elbow and cross his arms.
Right overhead elbow to the spine.
Left Knee to the ribs.
