Forms:

1. Snapping Twig - Left Push
Left push from the front
Step back into a right neutral bow with a left pinning check and a right heel palm to the elbow.
Pivot to a forward bow with a left thrusting knife hand to the throat.
Right inward hammerfist to the temple.
Right sandwiching elbow to the head.
2. Scraping Hoof - Attempted Full Nelson
Attempted full nelson from behind.
Step left to 9:00 and drive your elbows down with rear headbutt (not shown).
Right hook kick to the left inner knee.
Right side kick to the right inner knee.
Right stomp to the instep.
You can repeat the kicking sequence with the left leg.
3. Five Swords - Right Roundhouse Punch
Step forward to a right neutral bow with a right inward block.
Right outward knife hand to the throat.
Left heel palm to the chin.
Right inverted punch to the solar plexus.
Move up the circle to 4:30 with a left outward knife hand.
Right knife hand to the neck.
4. Buckling Branch - Left Front Kick
Left front kick.
Step back into a left neutral bow with a left downward block.
Right scoop kick to the groin.
Plant forward in a twist stance with a left check to the hip.
Left side kick to the back of the right knee.
5. Obscure Sword - Left Grab to Right Shoulder
Left grab to right shoulder.
Step left to 1:30 with a right pinning check.
Pivot toward the attacker with a right outward knife hand to the throat.
Left front kick to the groin.
6. Crashing Wings - Bear Hug (Arms Free)
Rear bear hug-arms free.
Step right to 3:00 with two downward elbows to the forearms.
Control his arms and step behind his right leg.
Left elbow to the face.
Right hammer fist to the solar plexus.
7. Circling Wing - Rear Choke
Two hand choke from behind.
Step left to 1:30 as you pin the grab with your left arm.
Pivot clockwise to a forward bow with a left heel palm to the jaw.
Pivot back to a right neutral bow with a right upward elbow to the chin.
Pivot into a reverse bow with a right hammerfist to the groin.
8. Crushing Hammer - Rear Bear Hug (Arms Free)
Step left to a horse stance with a right hammerfist to the groin.
Step behind him with your right leg and check his leg with a right heel palm to the groin.
Right elbow to the face.
Left heel palm to the ribs.
9. Obstrucing the Storm - Overhead Club
Overhead club from 12:00
Step off line into a right forward bow with a right-over-left upward block.
Pivot to a neutral bow and trap his arm.
Leverage him down.
Right knee to the head.
10. Locked Wing - Rear Hammerlock
The attacker starts to twist your arm behind your back.
Step back left with a left elbow to the face.
Strike down on his elbow as you drop into a wide kneel stance.
Pivot and step back right to 4:30 to bring him around and down.
Right hammerfist to the spine with a right knee to the face.
